We allow to remind you about some rules to be respected to achieve the delivery of your products to your door:

• Entering your delivery address in your MYOFFICES, please verify the validity of the entered address.

• Please point out your VALID telephone number by which you could be available at any time for the delivery company.

• VERY IMPORTANT! We kindly ask you to check regularly your mailbox, because the company can contact you also by e-mail, in case of the delivery problem.

• If the shipping agent left the delivery notice in your domicile, we kindly ask you to call him back to arrange a meeting for delivery, because the shipping agent will not deliver again the package without the call of the customer.

The company stated several cases when the customer was available neither by email, nor by phone. In these cases, the only way for the company is to return the package to the shipper; please note that shipping charges will be paid by customer.

During entering of your bank coordinates, we recommend you to verify attentively the account, BIC / SWIFT and IBAN numbers (the transfer cannot take place, if numbers are wrong).
